I didn't rate durability because I just got it but it is a good fit for my Rockwood A122 pop up A frame camper. I might be just a tiny bit big however that aids in getting it installed. If you get one of these try to get help and be gentle putting it on. My camper has fairly sharp corners and I'm relatively sure that dragging and pulling would tear this cover. If you are slow and methodical and careful it shouldn't be an issue. It does come with a couple of patches as well.I would get only one or two years of use out of this cover. I had others in the past that I'd get about 5 years out of.One star off because of the packaging. This was shipped to me in a thin walled cardboard box such as this product might be in for display in a brick and mortar store. Poorly designed to withstand the abuse in shipping it should have been enclosed in a more sturdy box. The box was secured only with tabs and slots in the cardboard and with no tape over them. A plastic envelope containing warranty information and repair material had just about fallen out.But about the product: I bought one of these several years ago at a brick and mortar store. It served me well for several years being exposed to sun and the elements, but finally began to deteriorate. This material breathes well and is light and soft and won't scratch your RV. Be careful dragging it over sharp edges like bumpers and stabilizer jacks as it can tear. A sheet of repair material is a nice addition to the package. It's easily secured with supplied straps and rope to withstand wind. This is our first time using the cover and we haven’t taken it off since it’s still winter. So far it is holding up to the strong winds and rain/snow we have had. No signs of damage to the fabric but we will have to see how things look this spring. It is a good device. The material for the popup cover does a good job of shielding UV. The life expectantcy of the cover is two years in full sunlighht - southern exposure in Wisconsin. At the end of its service life the material tore easily as sunlight weakened the fabric strength. It fit well. The tie down worked well. I put some foam swim noodles tied in bundles of three between the popup roof and the fabric to keep an air space. The wind fluttered the fabric and kept water exposure and staining to a minimum. There were wear points at sharp edges but they were minor and did not shorten the product life. I was enough please with the popup cover that I bought a second identical item to replace the first. It was pricey but a worthwhile value. Here in Calif., Rain and snow really aren't the issue. It's the Sun. Summer time Sun and heat take a toll on the exterior finish and plastic and rubber trim. This cover is the best way to fight back. It fit's quite well. It also has 3 straps that go under the trailer and connect to the other side allowing to secure the cover from flapping in the wind. It makes it nice to be able to uncover my trailer and have it as nice and clean as it was when I covered it. In years to come when this one wears out, I will re-purchase the exact same thing.....I cannot rate durability because I only just got it this year. The last one I got (different brand) lasted about two years. I hope we get at least two years or more from this one. This one has an elastic around the bottom that seems to work well. The elastic keeps the cover more securely in place that the other brand with tie strings that go under the camper.Cover is nice but it basically shredded after about 1 year in my California driveway (marine layer some of the year since it's so close to the beach but otherwise pretty mild weather). I was disappointed but when I asked for a refund or replacement per warranty, customer service was quick to respond and ship a replacement. Hopefully this one will last longer... I'll update if it doesn't.
