We live on a slight hill and it gets windy here - really windy. We have had at least four real storms since we installed the canopy and, although it sways and shudders, this canopy has withstood all of them. No ripping, no tearing, no flying away. We love it!! I would highly recommend this canopy to anyone looking for an easy-up, full coverage, stay in place product. [Sadly, the fifth or sixth storm of the season was just too strong for it. It is now a heap of twisted metal. It is not the product's fault. I don't think any canopy could have withstood that storm.]
