As a Sherlockian who happens to like the Funko Pop figures, I figured I should probably get myself some of the Sherlock characters. Currently representing my Sherlockian love in figure form is Mycroft Holmes, John Watson, and Sherlock. (With his skull!) When I unboxed the John figure, I found him to be cute just like my other Funkos. There was an issue, however, with standing him up. My John Watson figure came rather top heavy and has a tenancy to topple over VERY easily. (I've sworn that sometimes all I have to do is walk by him to make him fall over-- apparently he fell for me very quickly.) Another thing I took note of quite quickly is that he has something rattling around in his head. When you pick him up, he tends to make a rattling noise, as if there is a loose piece of something moving about his skull. He also has some minor defects in the design, but they aren't anywhere near obnoxious. As for his balancing issues, I've tried leaning him against objects which seems to work decently enough, although he still has a tenancy to fall over whenever I'm nearby. I tend to lean him against Sherlock, (or Sherly as I like to call him), who hasn't objected so far. (After all, Sherly loves his Jawn.) I also like to make it look as if they are kissing. -ahem- I should probably wrap this review up now; in the meantime, feel free to enjoy the enclosed Johnlock pictures, eheheh.
