So I have used this tent a few times now, can it be setup with 3 people? yes, but everyone should have a general idea of how to setup tents to make it easier. I would say the tear down is more complicated. Preferably setup/teardown with 6 people.I’ve taken the rent to park in a regular sunny day in Miami and it was able to hold a group of about 12-18 people fairly confortable. I recommend you get some “sun walls”.I took it also to the beach for Memorial Day, it was pretty windy I took 8 anchor bags and filled them up with sand. Beach day was a success although there was a couple of gusts of wind that made me think about getting more anchor bags.While at the beach I did start to see some small dots where tears will eventually happen. So be mindful weather conditions.... you might get some looks from people wanting to be in your tent.
