I would say this notebook is a little small to be used as school supplies, but its still a cute notebook nonetheless. My daughter will be using it as a personal notepad/journal for school. She said the popit part is a little tougher than the typical pop its she has, but it doesn't bother her. It comes with a simple pencil case (which feels a little cheap to me), two pencil sharpeners, an eraser, and rainbow colored pencils. Overall a cute little set to get the kiddos excited about going back to school.This little notebook is great for popit fans. The popit adds a ton of bulk and weight so don't expect it to be efficiently portable. The lined pages make it good for journaling or taking short notes. Overall construction quality is good. The multi-color design leans towards a girl-design but is probably acceptable for boys also.The pencils and sharpener are nothing special and I wouldn't pay much extra for them.The pop it notebook is the star of this set. It’s a small size so would fit nicely in purse or backpack. Pop it’s work as expected. There a pencil pouch that’s plastic and two pencil sharpeners. The pencils have a rainbow middle that looks pretty when you sharpen the pencil, but they do not write rainbow. There is also a rainbow eraser. My kids love this type of thing for school and home usage.My daughter was obsessed with Pop its of all varieties. When I saw this package and I knew she would love it. Comes with notebook, rainbow pencils, pencil sharpener and rainbow eraser. Super cute and the pop it notebook is of good quality as far as pop power (as my daughter calls it.) Would make a great gift for tween.
