Update 9/14/2022 Received call from Quictent today. They are working on my request for replacement part. Updating the rating for now, will circle back after request is resolved.9/11/2022 Needed replacement parts due to wind damage. Sent two emails, no response. Provided pictures, descriptions and asked for a quote for the parts. If Quictent stands by their product, the least they could do is respond to their customers.The directions aren’t great. The demo video is a 2 min video time lapsed so not any help either. Need at least three people to raise. Make sure to do all lighting and line securing while the tent is low. Once you raise it, align the Velcro mesh w/the poles and it will line up right. Keep it tight, there is no extra room. The directions don’t tell you this and we aren’t campers, so we had to repeat multiple steps multiple times. It took at least 2 hours to assemble w/ 2 people.I specifically bought this gazebo for the detachable mosquito nets, and used it to keep falling leaves out of a small pond during the fall.There's no assembly, per se - everything is already assembled, you just open up the frame and go from there. The ease of opening / closing the frame is proportionate to the number of people you have helping you. I was able to set it up myself, but it was a challenge (not surprisingly). I had more help taking it down, and it was nice and easy.The tent itself is very durable. There were several days where we had sustained wind gusts of 40+ mph, and the tent performed beautifully. The mosquito nets zipper together vertically, and attach to the main gazebo frame horizontally using Velcro. Even with all that wind, the mosquito nets held tight and the main canopy never suffered any damage.The only thing I didn't like about the gazebo was the ropes that came with it for securing it to the ground using stakes. They weren't very high quality, and I didn't trust them much. In preparation for all of the wind we got, I used some of my own rope to secure the gazebo both to the ground using the stakes, and other adjacent trees. All in all, I felt that was minor enough to still give a 5 star rating. Great value for the price!the tent received was simply made of very weak material or was a rare defective product - a gust of wind passed by and the tent's poles bent.The vendor offered different alternatives to resolve this matter and replaced the tent which had no issues the second time around.I love this canopy for the 9x9 fit perfect in the space I needed. I think it turned out pretty amazing. It was easy to put together and so far the weather resistant is great.What I didn’t like was I received my first canopy and it was broken. The company had me pay for the return of the broken one and then they sent me a new one. I felt that they should have to pay for the broken one to go back for it was not my fault that I received it that way.All in all the size of a canopy, easy assembly I am now ready for relaxation.Original review: It was assembled as instructed. However, water accumulates in sections on top. Overnight, prolonged rain caused too much water to accumulate, causing multiple breakages on the plastic frame. That is, multiple plastic rods broke in two, causing the entire structure to implode, leaving a twisted mess.Edit: Upon contacting customer service, they sent replacement frame and suggested NOT to have the canopy open for long periods of time. If you are looking for a structure to, say, cover plants from rain during winter, this is NOT the structure for you. This canopy is better suited, even ideal, as a temporary structure for, say, outdoor weddings, parties, etc. It's fairly easy to deploy and looks good.Great item for such a low price. I'll be buying another one for next summer.I needed an affordable canopy that comes with mosquito net, after a little bit of research I decided to give this one a try. It was fairly easy to set up/take down, I especially love the lights that it came with, as well as the carrying case/storage bag with straps and wheels, which made it very easy to maneuver around. I was also surprised by how much space there is inside, we were able to fit a set of table and chairs. 10/10 would recommend.
