Item arrived without its top making it uselessSo I have to say I absolutely love these containers. I've purchased a variety of the sizes already. They are pricy so I usually only get one or two at a time. I am slowly switching my pantry over to these from the cheaper ones I had before.Pros:*Easy open with the push button lid that allows you to easily pull the lid out*Has a nice seal when the button is pushed down (we had ants for a couple days until the pest guy was able to get rid of them and they weren't able to get into these)*They look nice and fit well together on the pantry shelves*Come in a variety of sizes*The lids are easy to clean since you can disassemble themCons:*Expensive*I've cracked one of the plastic bottoms by dropping it :(The biggest plus about these storage containers is that they are kiddo friendly. My 7yo can easily open and reseal the lid to his snacks. I have several of these in this size and the larger size and these units are stackable and the lids interchangeable. They have done an excellent job with keeping items fresh and organized nicely.This line of OXO is a nice deviation from the white lid. I would suggest that they also offer it with smoked plastic instead of the clear. They only offer the smoked plastic color with stainless lids in the 1.5L size for coffee bean storage.A solid little container that's virtually air tight. That's what I was looking for, and it's what I found. I keep rubbing alcohol wipes in here and they stay moist for a long time (unless the lid is left off).love this canister cleans easy. The best air tight storage everI bought this container as a convenient storage for tea bags. Easy to open. Airtight. Space -saving design.Love these for dog treats! No smell on the counter and easy to access with one hand.The product itself is good. I like the sealing/push button feature of these. Also I like that the lid can be separated so plastic parts can be washed separately from the stainless steel. I am also happy that the stainless steel actually don't stain. I have touched them with both wet or greasy fingers and the stainless steel wipes down without leaving any marks....unlike any other stainless steel appliance I have in my kitchen. OXO should make fridges with the same stuff.I was disappointed that these were shipped just in plastic bags, and some of the containers arrives scuffed up. Not enough for me to want to return them, but annoying considering these are premium priced products. In retail stores these are all packaged in boxes. I don't mind the reduced packaging but a few actually fell out of the bags so they didn't even have plastic between them and the other contents. Amazon could consider improving how products like these are shipped, either using the bubble wrap like they do with glass containers, or perhaps sealing the bags fully instead of leaving them loosely opened, and stuffing a few more air cushions in for good measure.Items came as described as well as deliver on time...again!
